It's very easy to be swept away in a tide of hustling and bustling; not taking a moment to stop, breathe and meditate. For the most part I have been guilty of taking life everyday as it comes, without pausing to reflect about life, and what it means to be alive. There is a time and place when you just want to talk to someone about life's challenges, victories, hopes and dreams. Sometimes you are lucky to have close relationships that allow you to do so; sometimes it's more or less a loner's world.

My friends and I have decided to meet every week to talk about life experiences, and share ourselves with each other. It's a place on radio where we discuss what it means to be a woman, friend, daughter, boss, mother, sister, neighbor and lover.
